We embarked on a journey through Thai-Obayashi’s O-NES TOWER – the first owner-developer-designer-builder building in their portfolio. A one-of-a-kind commercial development that is setting the tempo for new buildings in the Southeast Asian metropolis.

We enjoyed the tour guide’s narrative about the building’s “Urban Forest” concept where the wellbeing of its users takes center stage. We also learned a great deal about the building’s structural resilience; an enabler of flexible leasing strategies.

It was indeed a refreshing and eye-opening experience. We would like to thank Thai-Obayashi for the insightful and educational tour and hope that future built-environments will consider the O-NES TOWER as a remarkable precedent.
