The previous building design faced a lack of greenery, stagnant commercial activity, and an outdated overall appearance, resulting in a disconnected and uninviting atmosphere. Arrival points were poorly defined, and the existing mini plaza felt fragmented, further diminishing the user experience.
In response, our renovation addressed these challenges through a comprehensive revitalization strategy — enhancing greenery, stimulating vibrant commercial activity, improving the clarity of arrival points, and creating a cohesive, welcoming environment that strengthens both connectivity and the overall sense of place.
